The timeline
- Day 0: sign up, no card required.
- Days 1–14: full access to FeedCrew Starter features.
- Day 12: friendly email — "your trial ends in 2 days, here\'s what happens next."
- Day 14, no card added: account pauses. Your data is safe. Publishing stops.
- Day 14, card added: 30-day grace begins. Full access continues. No charge yet.
- Day 44 (end of grace): first monthly charge.
- Anytime: cancel from Settings → Billing. One click.
What you keep if you pause
- Your full calendar (drafts, schedule, history).
- Your connected Instagram + Facebook authentication.
- Your team members and roles.
- Your brand kit (logo, colors, fonts).
- Your AI voice training from your past 3 sample posts.
When you re-activate (add a card later), everything picks up exactly where you left off. No re-onboarding.
