The cancel flow
- Sign in.
- Settings → Billing.
- Click Cancel subscription.
- Confirm. (We ask one optional question: why are you canceling? — skippable.)
- Confirmation screen + confirmation email.
That\'s it. We don\'t do phone-call-required cancels, retention promo pop-ups, or 7-step exit flows.
What we\'ll never do
- Bury cancel behind a phone call or chat-with-an-agent flow.
- Auto-renew you onto a higher tier without consent.
- Surprise-bill you after a free trial without you adding a card.
- Hold your data hostage if you decide to leave.
