Three publishing modes
- Approval required (default). Every draft sits in the queue; you tap approve before it goes live. Safest for the first month.
- Trusted template auto-publish. Per template, you can mark it as "trusted" — drafts using that template auto-publish without approval. Good for daily-special, weekly class schedule, and other recurring formats.
- Full auto (with safety net). Everything auto-publishes; FeedCrew emails you a daily summary of what went out + any flagged drafts that need review (e.g., AI flagged the caption as potentially sensitive).
What gets flagged for review even on auto-publish
- Captions mentioning current events / news
- Captions with potentially sensitive language
- Images flagged by Meta\'s pre-publish content moderation
- Posts scheduled during a paused window
