FeedCrew ("FeedCrew," "we," "us," or "our") operates the FeedCrew marketing dashboard and related websites and services (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and share information when you use the Service. By using FeedCrew, you agree to this policy.

Information we collect

• ·Account information. Your name, email address, and authentication details, managed through our identity provider (Clerk).
• ·Business and brand information. Your business name, website, industry, brand colors, fonts, logo, voice preferences, and the posts, captions, schedules, and media you create or upload in FeedCrew.
• ·Connected social account data. When you connect an Instagram or Facebook account through Meta's official login, we access — strictly to provide the Service on your behalf — the list of Facebook Pages you manage, the connected Instagram Business/Creator account's ID and username, the content you publish or schedule through FeedCrew, and basic performance/insights metrics (such as follower counts and post engagement). We act only as your agent to publish content you have approved.
• ·Payment information. Subscription and billing are handled by Stripe. We do not store your full card number — Stripe processes it and returns only limited details (such as card brand, last four digits, and billing status).
• ·Usage and device data. Log data, IP address, browser type, and how you interact with the Service, used for security, debugging, and improving the product.

How we use information

• ·Publish and schedule the posts you approve to your connected Instagram and Facebook accounts.
• ·Generate draft captions, hashtags, and post suggestions using AI, based on your brand inputs.
• ·Show you performance summaries for your connected accounts.
• ·Process subscriptions, trials, and billing.
• ·Provide support, secure the Service, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

How your Instagram and Facebook (Meta Platform) data is used

Our access to and use of data obtained through Meta's APIs complies with the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies. Specifically:

• ·We use Meta Platform data only to provide the scheduling, publishing, and insights features you ask for.
• ·We do not use Meta Platform data for advertising, and we do not sell it.
• ·We store access tokens in encrypted form and use them solely to act on your behalf.
• ·When you disconnect an account, or delete your FeedCrew account, we revoke and delete the associated tokens and stored Meta Platform data (see Data Deletion).

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run FeedCrew, and only as needed to provide the Service:

• ·Meta Platforms — to publish content and read insights for your connected Instagram/Facebook accounts.
• ·Clerk — authentication and account management.
• ·Stripe — subscription billing and payment processing.
• ·Google (Gemini) — AI generation of captions and suggestions.
• ·Microsoft Azure — cloud hosting, database, and media storage.
• ·Resend — transactional email.

We may also disclose information to comply with the law, enforce our terms, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets (with notice where required).

Data retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. When you delete your account or disconnect a social account, we delete the associated data within 30 days, except where we must retain limited records to comply with legal or accounting obligations.

Your rights and choices

• ·Access, correct, or export your information from your account settings or by emailing us.
• ·Disconnect any social account at any time from Settings — this revokes our access immediately.
• ·Request deletion of your account and data. See our Data Deletion page.

Security

We use industry-standard safeguards, including encryption of access tokens at rest and tenant-level data isolation. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information and limit access to it.

Children

FeedCrew is a business tool intended for adults. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

Where we operate

FeedCrew is offered to businesses in the United States. If you access the Service from outside the U.S., you understand your information will be processed in the United States.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new version here and update the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email.
