Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and FeedCrew ("FeedCrew," "we," "us"). By accessing or using the FeedCrew Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

FeedCrew is a marketing dashboard that helps small businesses plan, create, and publish content to connected Instagram and Facebook accounts, including holiday-aware suggestions, AI-assisted captions, scheduling, and performance summaries.

3. Accounts and eligibility

• ·You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract.
• ·You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.
• ·You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

4. Subscriptions, trials, and billing

• ·FeedCrew offers a 14-day free trial with no credit card required.
• ·If you add a card, you may receive an additional grace period before your first charge, as described at signup.
• ·Paid plans renew automatically each billing period until canceled. Billing is handled by Stripe.
• ·You can cancel anytime from your account settings; scheduled posts continue through the period you have paid for.
• ·Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use FeedCrew to:

• ·Violate any law or the terms of any connected platform (including Meta's terms).
• ·Post content that is unlawful, infringing, deceptive, harassing, or harmful.
• ·Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
• ·Send spam or exceed published rate limits or quotas.

6. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you create or upload. You grant FeedCrew a limited license to store, process, format, and publish that content to your connected accounts as directed by you, and to use AI providers to generate suggestions at your request. You are responsible for your content and for having the rights to everything you publish through the Service.

7. Third-party platforms

FeedCrew integrates with third-party platforms, including Instagram and Facebook. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms. FeedCrew is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta Platforms, Inc. We are not responsible for changes those platforms make to their APIs, policies, or availability, which may affect the Service.

8. Intellectual property

The FeedCrew Service, including its software, design, and brand, is owned by FeedCrew and protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our marks or software except the right to use the Service as permitted here.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that posts will always publish successfully given third-party platform behavior.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FeedCrew will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold FeedCrew harmless from claims arising out of your content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or any third-party rights.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; data handling follows our Privacy Policy and Data Deletion page.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which FeedCrew is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
