The three team roles
- Owner (you, by default): full access including billing and seat management.
- Manager: can do everything except billing — manage posts, settings, connect/disconnect accounts.
- Contributor: can compose, edit, and queue posts; cannot publish without Owner/Manager approval. Perfect for VAs and employees.
- View-only: can see the calendar and reports; cannot edit anything. Useful for stakeholders or business partners.
Seat limits by plan
- Starter ($9/mo): 1 seat (the owner)
- Pro ($19/mo): up to 3 seats
- Studio ($99/mo): up to 10 seats
How to invite someone
- Settings → Team → Invite.
- Enter their email + pick a role.
- They receive an email, set their own password, and they\'re in.
