Data Deletion

You can delete your FeedCrew data — including any data we accessed from your connected Instagram and Facebook accounts — at any time. Here's how.
Disconnect a social account (fastest)
To remove FeedCrew's access to a specific Instagram or Facebook account, open the FeedCrew dashboard, go to Settings → Connected accounts, and choose Disconnect. This immediately revokes the access token and deletes the stored data associated with that account.
You can also remove FeedCrew from your Meta account directly: in Facebook, go to Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations, select FeedCrew, and remove it.
Delete your entire account
To delete your FeedCrew account and all associated data, do either of the following:
- ·In the dashboard, go to Settings → Delete account, or
- ·Email hello@feedcrew.ai from the address on your account with the subject line "Delete my data".
What gets deleted
- ·Your account and profile information.
- ·Your brand configuration, posts, drafts, schedules, and uploaded media.
- ·All connected-account access tokens and any data accessed from Instagram or Facebook.
- ·Performance data we stored for your connected accounts.
We may retain limited billing records where required by law or accounting obligations. These contain no social-platform data.
Timeline
Access tokens are revoked immediately on disconnect. A full account deletion is completed within 30 days of your request. If you email us, we will confirm once the deletion is complete.
